Terms & Conditions and Site Rules

We can't wait to welcome you to New Hall Farm Touring Park. The following terms and conditions and straightforward site rules are designed to ensure everybody has a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Booking and Payment

  • A deposit of £20 will be required for advance bookings - the balance is due on arrival.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but it may be possible to transfer the deposit, in the same calendar year, if you are unable to come for your originally planned stay and adequate notice is given. For late cancellations however, full payment is expected.

  • We do not have the facility to accept credit / debit cards.

  • BACS, cash or cheques payable to 'New Hall Farm'.

  • It may not be possible to accept one night bookings at the weekend in high season.

Pitches

  • We have created a site where every single pitch has its unique charm. We're happy for you to request certain pitches, although it always helps if you have a choice of more than one pitch.

  • We can never guarantee a particular pitch but we will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

Arrival

  • Our policy is to offer good value; consequently the reception is not staffed at all times. If you require help to pitch on arrival our contact number is available and usually we are not far away but please take into consideration that this is a working farm. We also have seasonal wardens on site should you require any assistance.

  • Pitches are available from 12 noon. Checkout time is 12 noon. On the day of departure you are welcome to stay after 12 noon for an additional charge of £4. This is subject to pitch availability.

Enjoy a peaceful stay

  • For the benefit of all we ask for quiet after 10pm and before 8am. Please consider carefully whether you are able to comply with this before booking.

  • Please note: this is a tranquil site. If your intended visit to this peaceful haven can only be enjoyed with the addition of loud music or if you like to party until the small hours, please choose another site.

Adults Only

  • We are an adults only site and have designed the site as a retreat for adults to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.

Visitors

  • Visitors are charged at a daily rate of £2 per visitor, there is no charge for the additional car.
  • Visitors must park in the visitors car park and there is a maximum of 2 visitors per unit, unless pre-arranged.

Dogs (Free of Charge)

  • We are a dog friendly site
  • Only well behaved quiet dogs with responsible owners please.

  • Before booking please consider whether your dog is likely to constantly bark causing a disturbance to other visitors. You will be asked to leave, if your dog causes continued disturbance.

  • Dogs must be kept on leads whilst on the park and it is essential that you clean up after your dog.

Electric

  • Our electric points deliver a generous 16 amp, which should be adequate for your needs.

  • The use of awning heaters and splitters are not permitted.

Other rules

  • Special Offers - please note that only one offer applies during your stay.
  • An additional second vehicle is allowed and is free of charge, however it must be parked in the visitors car park.

  • Strictly no commercial vehicles.

  • Barbecues are allowed, however during a prolonged dry harvest period they will only be permitted in the designated area. Fire pits by arrangement: strictly no open fire.

  • Oversized flags and banners can deter ground nesting birds and song birds. Large flags flapping in the breeze can scare birds and as part of our conservation management, we ask that you refrain from erecting large flags and banners.
  • Please note that we will always do our utmost to honour all bookings however if severe inclement weather causes saturated ground conditions we reserve the right to cancel some bookings on grass pitches. In this case advance notice will be given and your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to another week.
